The below policies relate to the Von Treskow online store only.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Australia: All Von Treskow online purchases are sent Australia Post Platinum Express. We’re pleased to inform you shipping is FREE for all purchases above $120. In Australia, please allow 4 to 5 business days for ‘in-stock’ orders to be processed & dispatched. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you via email to advise of the expected delivery date. Unfortunately we cannot accept PO Box delivery addresses as a physical signature is required on delivery. If an item is not in stock, delivery will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks – you will be advised of this after your order is processed.
Rest of world: All international purchases are sent with Australia Post International Express. Shipping is complimentary when purchases exceed the following $AUD values:
- European orders: FREE shipping when you spend over AUD $400. Otherwise shipping is a flat rate of AUD $50
- Rest of world: FREE shipping when you spend over AUD $300. Otherwise shipping is a flat rate of AUD $35
Please allow 10 to 20 business days for international ‘in-stock’ orders to be processed & delivered.
All orders will receive an automated shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped, allowing you to track your parcel. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude Victorian, Australian public holidays.
– Items can be returned within 14 days of order delivery date.
– Items can be returned for either online store credit or exchange only.
– Refunds are not available.
– Items must be unused & in their original condition with giftbox.
– Returns aren’t available for earrings for hygiene reasons.
– Returns aren’t available for engraved items.
If items are returned to Von Treskow outside of the 14 day window, the product is returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.
Australia returns process:
- Organise your piece in its Von Treskow box to be sent back via Australia Post platinum express post or registered post. Send to:

- Include a copy of your details within the parcel, so we can identify you.
Once your item has been sent, please allow 2 weeks for Von Treskow to receive & process your return. Change of mind returns can only be processed if these instructions have been precisely followed. Customers are liable for return postage on change of mind returns. The above policy relates to change of mind returns and does not affect any consumer rights available under Consumer Affairs for defective goods or otherwise.
