The below policies relate to Von Treskow Luxe online store only.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Australia & New Zealand: All Von Treskow Luxe purchases are sent Australia Post Platinum Express. We’re pleased to inform you shipping is FREE for all purchases. In Australia, please allow 4 to 5 business days for ‘in-stock’ orders to be processed & delivered. In New Zealand, please allow 9 to 10 business days for ‘in-stock’ orders to be processed & delivered. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you via email to advise of the expected delivery date. Unfortunately we cannot accept PO Box delivery addresses as a physical signature is required on delivery. If an item is not in stock, delivery will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks – you will be advised of this after your order is processed.
Rest of world: All international purchases are sent with Australia Post International Express. Shipping is complimentary when purchases exceed the following $AUD values:
- European orders: FREE shipping when you spend over AUD $300. Otherwise shipping is a flat rate of AUD $35
- Rest of world: FREE shipping when you spend over AUD $400. Otherwise shipping is a flat rate of AUD $50
Please allow 10 to 20 business days for international ‘in-stock’ orders to be processed & delivered. PLEASE NOTE, international customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees and local tax.
All orders will receive an automated shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped, allowing you to track your parcel. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude Victorian, Australian public holidays.
Australia & New Zealand: At Von Treskow, we pride ourselves on the quality of our product. For this reason we offer free returns for store credit on all of our Von Treskow Luxe products, excluding earrings. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Returns must be sent back to Von Treskow within 2 weeks from the Australia post delivery date to be eligible. If sent to Von Treskow outside of this window, the product is returned to the customer at the customer’s cost. Your item must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for store credit or exchange. Once your item is received back, Von Treskow will issue you a credit note for the Von Treskow Luxe online store.
Australia & New Zealand returns process:
- Organise your piece in its Von Treskow box to be sent back via Australia Post platinum express post. Send to:

- Include a copy of your details within the parcel, so we can identify you.
Once your item has been sent, please allow 2 weeks for Von Treskow to receive & process your return. Free returns can only be processed if these instructions have been precisely followed. After this time, Von Treskow will exchange or supply you with store credit.
Rest of world: For our customers outside of Australia, returns & exchanges are only free if your item is deemed to be faulty. For ‘change of mind’ or incorrect sizes, etc – international customers must cover the cost of postage. Von Treskow will not be liable for goods lost during transit.
