These terms apply to the Von Treskow Archive Sale (the Sale). By placing an order during the Sale, you agree to these terms. These terms are in addition to our general website terms and returns policy and do not exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Email Early Access begins at 9:00am AEST on Tuesday, 30 June 2026.
Public access begins at 11:00am AEST on Tuesday, 30 June 2026.
The Sale ends at 11:59pm AEST on Monday, 6 July 2026, unless extended, ended early or sold out at Von Treskow’s discretion.

The Sale is available exclusively online at vontreskow.com.au. It is not available through stockists, wholesale accounts or in-store.

Discounts of 30–50% apply to selected Archive Sale styles only. The applicable sale price is shown on the relevant product page and at checkout.
The Sale is not sitewide. Discount percentages vary by product.
Sale pricing cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion or offer unless expressly stated by Von Treskow. Welcome discount codes are paused for the duration of the Archive Sale.

Archive Sale styles include selected end-of-line, discontinued, past-season and limited-run pieces.
Availability is limited to the styles, sizes, finishes and quantities shown online at the time of purchase.
Once sold out, Archive Sale styles will not be restocked or replaced.

Customers who spend $195 AUD or more in one transaction during the Sale will receive a complimentary gift valued at $95 AUD, while stocks last.
The qualifying spend is calculated after sale discounts and before shipping or other charges. One gift applies per qualifying order.
The gift is not redeemable for cash or store credit and cannot be exchanged where there is no fault.
If an order is returned or refunded and the qualifying spend falls below $195 AUD, the gift must also be returned unused. If the gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.

Stock is limited and adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.
Although we take reasonable care to keep stock levels accurate, an item may occasionally become unavailable or oversell. If this occurs, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.

Due to increased order volumes, please allow extra time for dispatch and delivery. We will process orders as quickly as possible, but dispatch and carrier timeframes may be longer than usual.
Please check your shipping address, contact details and selected product options carefully before placing an order. We may be unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed.
If an order has already been dispatched to the address supplied at checkout, additional delivery costs may apply.

Archive Sale purchases are final. Returns for change-of-mind purposes and are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

Von Treskow reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders where there is reasonable suspicion of promotional abuse, fraud, unauthorised resale, technical error, pricing error or stock discrepancy.
If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund the amount paid.
