If you need to return or exchange your order, simply visit our Returns Portal to initiate the process quickly and easily.
Returns Policy
We accept returns for online store credit or exchange only; refunds are not available. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order and must be unused, in their original condition and include the gift box. Please note that earrings and engraved items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customisation reasons. Customers are responsible for the postage costs on change-of-mind returns.
If items are returned outside the 30-day window, they will be sent back to the customer at their own cost. This policy applies to change-of-mind returns and does not affect your rights under Consumer Affairs for defective or faulty goods.
