Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is VT Avenue Pty Ltd trading as Von Treskow, ABN 29 006 154 632, of GPO Box 2605, Melbourne VIC 3001 (“Von Treskow”, “we”, “us” or the “Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The Von Treskow $250 Instant Win Giveaway (“Promotion”) opens on 18 September 2026 when the promotional entry page is made available and is scheduled to close at 11:59pm AEDT on 14 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

The Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, shorten or end the Promotion early where reasonably necessary, including because of technical issues, suspected fraud or misuse, errors affecting the Promotion, platform or system failures, changes in applicable law, circumstances affecting the fairness or integrity of the Promotion, operational requirements, or other circumstances materially affecting the Promotion.

Where reasonably practicable, any early closure or material change will be communicated on the promotional entry page.

Any prize validly won before the Promotion is suspended, modified or ended will continue to be honoured.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter, contractors directly involved in conducting the Promotion and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

• visit the Von Treskow promotional entry page;
• provide a valid email address; and
• select TRY YOUR LUCK to submit their entry.

Entry is free and no purchase is required.

Providing a mobile telephone number is optional. Providing a mobile number does not provide an additional entry or increase the entrant’s chance of winning.

Limit of one valid entry per person/email address during the Promotion Period.

5. Valid Entries

Entrants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate entries that are incomplete, duplicated, automated, fraudulent, submitted using false information or otherwise made contrary to these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may take reasonable steps to verify an entrant’s identity and eligibility.

6. Instant Win Mechanism and Odds

Each valid entry is processed through an automated randomisation process following submission.

Each valid entry has a 1 in 200 chance of winning a $250 Von Treskow gift card.

Each eligible entry is independently processed and is intended to have the same chance of winning as every other eligible entry.

The number of winners during the Promotion Period is therefore not fixed in advance and will depend on the total number of valid entries received and the results of the randomisation process.

7. Notification of Result

Entrants will be notified of the outcome of their entry by email.

A winning entrant will receive an email confirming that they have won a $250 Von Treskow digital gift card.

Non-winning entrants may also receive an email confirming that their entry was unsuccessful.

8. Prize

Each winning entrant will receive one $250 Von Treskow digital gift card, with a retail value of AUD $250.

The gift card may be used towards eligible purchases from Von Treskow in accordance with Von Treskow’s standard gift card terms and conditions.

The gift card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash except where required by law.

There is no predetermined maximum number of winners, subject to the Promotion being operated in accordance with the stated 1 in 200 winning probability and these Terms & Conditions.

9. Prize Delivery

Winners will be advised in writing by email using the email address provided with their entry.

The official digital gift card will be sent to the winner’s nominated email address as soon as reasonably practicable and, in any event, within 28 days.

Entrants are responsible for providing an email address that is valid and accessible.

If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner because the entrant supplied incorrect or inaccessible contact information, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner before taking any further action permitted by law and these Terms & Conditions.

10. Marketing Consent

By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to receiving Von Treskow marketing communications by email.

Where an entrant voluntarily supplies a mobile telephone number, the entrant also consents to receiving Von Treskow marketing communications by SMS.

Marketing communications may include information about Von Treskow products, new releases, promotions, sales, events and other offers.

Consent will continue until withdrawn.

Entrants may unsubscribe from email or SMS marketing at any time using the unsubscribe or opt-out method provided in the relevant communication.

Withdrawing marketing consent after submitting an entry will not invalidate an otherwise valid entry or remove entitlement to a prize already won.

11. Personal Information

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion may be used by Von Treskow to:

• administer and operate the Promotion;
• verify entries;
• determine and contact winners;
• deliver prizes;
• prevent fraudulent or duplicate entries;
• maintain required Promotion records; and
• send marketing communications where consent has been obtained.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Von Treskow Privacy Policy .

12. Changes, Suspension or Early Termination

The Promoter may, subject to applicable law, suspend, modify, shorten or terminate the Promotion if circumstances arise that materially affect its fair, secure or practical operation.

Such circumstances may include:

• technical or software failures;
• errors in the entry or randomisation mechanism;
• platform outages;
• attempted fraud, manipulation or abuse;
• unusually high levels of fraudulent or automated entries;
• security incidents;
• changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements;
• circumstances affecting the availability or administration of prizes;
• significant operational issues; or
• other circumstances materially affecting the integrity or practical operation of the Promotion.

The Promoter may also temporarily pause new entries while investigating such circumstances.

Where reasonably practicable, material changes or early termination will be communicated through the promotional entry page.

Any prize validly won before the relevant suspension, change or termination will remain valid and will be honoured.

13. Technical Issues

The Promoter is not responsible for an entry that is lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or not successfully received because of a technical issue outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

This includes failures involving internet connections, devices, browsers, third-party platforms, email delivery systems or other telecommunications systems.

Nothing in this clause permits the Promoter to refuse a valid prize solely because of a technical issue within the Promoter’s reasonable control.

14. Fraud, Manipulation and Disqualification

The Promoter may disqualify an entrant where the Promoter reasonably believes the entrant has:

• attempted to manipulate the winning mechanism;
• submitted multiple entries contrary to these Terms & Conditions;
• used multiple or false identities or email addresses;
• used automated entry software, bots or scripts;
• interfered with the operation of the Promotion;
• supplied false or misleading information; or
• otherwise acted fraudulently or dishonestly.

15. Records

The Promoter may maintain records relating to the operation of the Promotion, including entries, prize awards and prize distribution.

Records required by applicable law may be retained for the period required by law.

16. Marketing Unsubscribe

Von Treskow marketing emails and SMS messages will include an appropriate method for recipients to unsubscribe or opt out.

Requests to unsubscribe will be processed in accordance with applicable Australian spam laws.

17. General

Prizes may only be substituted where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion are final, subject to applicable law.

18. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Victoria in relation to the Promotion.
